There is something that you specifically will need to do, which is to
submit a disclaimer. Note that not all poeple agree to the terms of
Digiums's disclaimers (giving away code to Digium with the option for
them to lock it away), however with such a trivial fix, I see no reason
not too. But then again, IANALATINALA.

  Grants Digium the right to relicense the work covered by it. It is a
  bit vagoue about what it covers, but it seems to apply only to content
  in the Digium Mantis that has been specifically labled as "disclaimed"
  by users with that disclaimer. I fail to see exactly how, but then
  again, IANALATINALA.
