oups, forgot to mention for the module you need to use zaptel-source and
build the modules against your kernel with module-assistant (like in
"m-a a-i zaptel"). As the kernel module needs to match your installed
kernel, we cannot ship prebuilt modules (well, we could for distro
kernels...)

So that's the missing step you need to insert before the depmod.
