About new twinkle

Hi!

I saw the new twinkle in unstable today but it was not automatically
upgraded on an apt-upgrade on my system. Why? Because it has a lot of new
dependencies, among them, kde.

I'm asking myself if the new twinkle really needs to depend on kde or not,
for what I saw on the changelogs it has alsa support ans system tray support
as well as some nat stuff.

The new twinkle binary depends on kde and uses arts, so the installation in
my system takes now 62 megs, which looks like a little bit too much to me.

I really think that we should investigate if kde is really needed and if
not, try to produce a light package or something like that, and if kde is
only needed to have tray support, then try to make upstream code the tray
independently from kde.

Comments?

Regards...
