Debian Build issues with twinkle

Thanks for that.  I was setting QTDIR to the incorrect value 
of /usr/lib/qt3 :-(  Twinkle was still building fine, with the exception of 
the qmake issue.

Setting QTDIR to /usr/share/qt3 and it all appears to work correctly now.
