I have updated the portaudio19 package[1] and the OSS driver seems to 
work when I test it in sflphone, but when I tried the ALSA driver it 
deadlocks sflphone. I'm using a Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 and the CVS 
version of sflphone (and portaudio V19).
