What version of gcc do you have? What version of the package
libtonezone-dev ? Or simply: could you provide the information that is
generated from 'reportbug zaptel' ?

First-off, I'll note that building tonezone at the time of building
zaptel is totally unnecessary. But it is generally harmless, and I
rather wait for some pending improvements in the upstream package to
solve this.

I haven't run into this one, so details about your build system may
help.
