Mark,

right now i'm rather puzzled about how you could build the libexosip2.. 

For me it fails with:
http://stats.buildserver.net/fetch.php?&pkg=libexosip2&ver=2.2.2-2.sid.1603&arch=i386&stamp=1145269345&file=log&as=raw

apart from that, building with -sa as debuild/dpkg-buildpackage flags
should get the source included so that the upload will work. Yet any
given buildd will face the same problem as above AFAICT.
