The README file there reads:  

  Due to popular demand, func_odbc has been ported to Asterisk 1.2.
  To use, simply type 'make install' in this directory (assuming that
  the Asterisk sources are in /usr/src/asterisk) and the func_odbc.so
  library will be built and installed in /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/

How stable is it?
