I'll stress it: Caio has:

* updates for spandsp (require rebuild of asterisk-spandsp-plugins?)
  We already have both in pkg-voip

* a new package of Asterisk's chan_unicall (asterisk-chan-unicall) nd
  two required libraries from the same source (
  http://www.soft-switch.org/downloads/unicall/ )

It seems that the unicall packages do need a bit of extra packaging. But
there is no real reason to keep thep out of pkg-voip . And Caio has been
maintaining the spandsp package for a while.
