Processing of spandsp_0.0.2pre25-1_i386.changes

I tried installing a newer spandsp over over an older version. I was
disconnected from the net so I used an older version of spandsp pre23. A
manual dpkg --install of libspadsp1 and libspandsp-dev failed because of
a conflict between it and the older libspandsp0 .

Shouldn't libspandsp1 obsolete libspandsp0 ? (the package from Sarge)
