Your best bet is to put up the .diff/ .dsc and .orig.tar.gz somewhere we can 
download from.

You can setup your own svn archive and run svn-buildpackage, you don't need to 
inject into the main archive to test building.

Well it would be good to get them testing with the actual hardware, before we 
upload to ensure they work..  Also pbuilder dependencies are necessary as 
well.

Have you raised ITP's for these packages? If not then you might also like to 
do that as well. I couldn't find them: http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp
