bayonne - 3 RC bugs, no active attempts to fix

Hi,

bayonne (which is maintained by the Debian VoIP Team) currently has 3 open 
RC bugs, 149, 80 and 25 days old, and no active attempts to fix them are 
visible in the BTS. If nobody interested in keeping the package in shape, 
perhaps it's better to orphan or remove it?

CC'ing to debian-qa for opinions.
