Bug#340627: zaptel-source: zaphfc not working (sic!)

after doing a little patch (setting #include <zaptel.h> to "zaptel.h" in 
qozap.c and zaphfc.c - solves #330137 - and including these modules in main 
Makefile, patching old "cannot find modules" Bug (it is there again!) 
#343521 I was able to compile zaphfc/qozap. But after starting asterisk
I get:

This is because there is no bri_cpe_ptmp included in chan_zap which was 
in older chan_zaps, so there is much more stuff missing. What can be done?
