Would be nice to get a zaptel-dev with all the headers files.
Is there a reason for not doing so? Tzafrir?

The "./Setup" script is crap, IMHO. Would be much better for everybody if it 
was converted into a real Makefile (upstream contribution)... anyway, I think 
it's okay to release up to date wanpipe packages as source only and let 
interested people build it.
