I can't get the AGI script to work. Here is the macro I use:

	exten => s,n,AGI(receive_fax,receive)
	exten => h,1,SetVar(MY_CALLERIDNUM=${CALLERIDNUM})
	exten => h,n,DeadAGI(receive_fax,deliver)

And the result:
