New iaxclient package

Hi,

I have prepared a new iaxclient package for upload.

This new version uses wxWidgets 2.6 and GTK+ 2 instead of wxWidgets 2.4
and GTK+ 1.2.

An orig tarball is available at:
http://www.hem.za.org/iaxclient/iaxclient_0.0+svn20060520.orig.tar.gz

It's based on the current svn revision, except for iaxcomm.htb and
ring.raw which where committed as text files when the cvs repository
where converted to svn and iaxcomm.htb in svn is unusable. I have copied
those files from the cvs repository instead.
