Bug#397349: new version upstream (moved!)

According to http://www.wirlab.net/kphone/, its former home mentioned
in /usr/share/doc/kphone/copyright, kphone maintenance has moved to
sourceforge, http://sourceforge.net/projects/kphone There have been
two major releases: Sep 2005 and Sep 2006.  I've compiled the more
recent of these SI releases under Debian testing, and it seems to work
okay.  Although it does not solve all the problems of kphone 4.2 it
certainly solves some of them.

I'd suggest upgrading the Debian package (under a new epoch) to the
latest of these releases, as version 2:1.0.2.1
