bit too late: have already started my own work...

I still have not given up on a package that fits into Etch. So here are
some notes:

I ditched the cdbs rules file that was in the experimental branch, as it
"didn't work", and I don't know cdbs well enough to fix it. I wanted to
start from the rules file I know. I did remove much of the over
complexity out of it. It still doen't build well, and I was in a bit of
a rush to commit my fixes this morning. There were some fixes I haven't
commited yet. I hope to have time today to do some more work. Generally
it builds , but still doesn't package properly.

I tried at first not to change libpri and zaptel (in fact: I forgot to
package libpri, or hoped to package it later). To my great amazement,
zaptel managed to build with just one warning about a missing libpri
function.

I would like to have just one version of the zaptel package: the
kernel<->user interface remains rather stable and upwards compatible
over time. Zaptel 1.4 has basically only added a number of functions, as
you can see from my recent experimental patches to zaptel. Libpri,
though, is something that is expected remain closer to asterisk, and for
asterisk 1.4 there should be a matching libpri1.4 .
