Seems that 1.2.13 is building fine on the autobuilders:

No chan_phone appears on the newly built packages.

I did get an chan_sip error 24 hrs ago, before I imported the new bristuff 
3.0pre-v.  Which is now in svn and also uploaded to unstable.

Please update from svn/ unstable and let me know if you are still having 
issues.
