A source package for binary package(s) targeted for main cannot contain
DFSG non-free stuff, if that's what you are asking.

Or put differently: Binary packages for main and binary packages for
non-free cannot be built from same source package, because all binaries
in main must include source, and main must not include non-free stuff.
