Asterisk looks for the mISDN headers in /usr/include/mISDNuser, whereas
our packages (libmisdn-dev and libisdnnet-dev) place them in
/usr/include and /usr/include/i4lnet . Hence Asterisk will not build
chan_misdn.

I've tried packaging mISDNuser 1.1.2 and you can find it in
http://bugs.debian.org/418276 . It builds chan_misdn . No idea if it
actually works.
