I can't seem to reproduce this on my system with a zaphfc.

Can you check with the latest version of asterisk and libpri from
unstable and tell us if you're still experiencing the problem?

If you are, any more information you could supply about your setup
(zaptel.conf, zapata.conf, any strange commands in the dialpan, if this
was a call originated from another ISDN interface, which country/network
are you using, if you are using NT or TE etc.) would be helpful in our
contact with bristuff upstream.
