Why can't you add a name?

Apparently twinkle thinks 192.168.0.101 is a telephone number, not an IP
address, and it got translated to 1921680101 and your domain name is
appended resulting in 1921680101 at openmediasystem.de. When sending the
INVITE request to 1921680101 at openmediasystem.de, twinkle looks up the IP
address of openmediasystem.de, which is 81.169.145.87.
