Bug#458475: Add feature-Bridge to debian package

One of the shiny new features in the next major release of asterisk is an app that lets you Bridge already existing channels in the PBX. It hasn't changed since its original commit at revision 61281. I have been using this patch since 1.4.13~dfsg and think it's worth adding to the official package.

The included patch applies cleanly against asterisk_1.4.16.2~dfsg-1.diff.gz and does everything but add a meaningful header to 'debian/patches/feature-bridge'
