rename libtonezone1 to libtonezone1.0 ?

Hi

When building zaptel I get the following warning from lintian:

libtonezone1: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libtonezone1.0 

Should the package be renamed?

For the record, the other warnings:

W: zaptel source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.6.2 (current is 3.7.2)

  change it?

W: zaptel: manpage-has-errors-from-man usr/share/man/man8/ztmonitor.8.gz 35: warning: can't find numbered character 195
W: zaptel: manpage-has-errors-from-man usr/share/man/man8/ztcfg.8.gz 53: warning: can't find numbered character 195

  Change from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8, I guess.

  I still have no idea what it is supposed to do. Note that ztgsm's
  support in Asterisk is still non-functional without libgsmat . Package
  libgsmat?
