Bug#324249: kphone dies with alternate alsa card selection

Pauses here, until I request the call to connect:

Then kphone dies.

Can we get a dropdown menu like kmix has? Mabye it would be a good idea
to have a few cards listed, and in what order they are preferred.  What
happens when a new card is available? (eg, a voip usb phone is plugged
in, or unplugged)

The UI could use some work to, but it's so new I'll wait to see what's
made of it. =-)
