Derbian + Yate + Dialogic Cards and NMS Cards.

Hello!

Yate does not support Dialogic or NMS cards, only Sangoma and Digium cards 
(with wanpipe or zaptel kernel interface). These cards are "dumb" - they 
only get the data to and from the wire so the software has access to every 
piece of data.
