Hello, pkg-voip-maintainers.

  Includes from asterisk-dev should be reorganised...
  In /usr/include shoult be symlink astersik.h to asterisk/asterisk.h,
  since from original asterisk includes organised so:
    include/asterisk.h
    include/asterisk/* -- there others.
  so, build of additional packages failed without such directory
  structure...
