Bug#421647: Cannot install package produced by module-assistant - files conflict!

Further to this I still see this issue when building with the current
sid version of the package (1:1.4.5.1~dfsg-1) and building with either
modules-assistant pr make-kpkg. I can't immediately see where they're
being pulled in, but kluding a few find |rms to kill them off does seem
to work.
