Please feel free to claim maintainership of ser; we've been maintaining 
it in the sense that RC bugs are resolved and it's updated whenever we 
do tree-wide changes.

Also, feel free to fix the rtpproxy bug you submitted and any other 
similar bugs you encounter :)

Make sure to have a look to our README file, in the root of our SVN 
repository.

We also have #debian-voip on OFTC, in case you're using IRC.
