(or telecom-web mashups in general). I would appreciate if you could take

Just for your understanding- a VoIP-web mashup is an web based  application
that offers some kind of VOIP related application with web integration e.g.
web-to-phone, click-to-dial, web conferencing tool, voice-enabled instant
messaging, unified inbox, etc etc. Please advice

d. Configuration primitives to retrieve and configure a user's profile and
services

e. Media primitives to perform digit detection, Text-to-Speech (TTS) and
Automated Speech Recognition (ASR)
