Plans for chan_lcr in asterisk 1.4.xx?

Hi Victor,
I got it all to build yesterday. Basically you have to build the misdn-user
source package (which I did), and then install the produced packages
misdn-utils and libmisdn-dev. Add asterisk-dev to that, and you can build lcr
with the "--with-asterisk" option (I think that's what it's called).

It produced a chan_lcr.so, but I couldn't load it in asterisk, as it produced
some error message. I'm not in arms reach of my box right now, but I'll post
the source packages I produced and the error message I got.

Maybe you can then pick it up from there, as I was out of ideas.
