Plans for chan_lcr in asterisk 1.4.xx?

Unfortunately documentation-wise misdn is crap :(

Basically its this: misdn V1 is the patches you can download on misdn.org,
which interfaces with chan_misdn. AFAIK upstream is letting this die in favour
of misdn V2, which was merged in kernel 2.6.27, which interfaces with
chan_lcr. Sorry I can't point you to some specific page, this is what I found
out from pulling together from various mailing lists and other sources I can't
remember.

I don't know what there plans are with misdn 1.x, but I think there aren't any
patches which cleanly apply to kernel >= 2.6.27.
