ptlib (again :o)

Hi,

1. Isn't better that ptlib be moved in alioth from pwlib/experimental to 
a directory named ptlib?

2. opal had building errors because ptlib was not available at the time 
of building.  Now it is available on all architectures.  Is it possible 
to trigger the rebuilding on architectures failed (notable amd64)?  Or 
is it better to wait that it does it automatically (but might take much 
time :o)
