ptlib and opal i386 packages seem broken

Hi,

ptlib and opal i386 packages have been, it seems, manually uploaded.
They have not been built in a clean environment. This makes unmodified
ekiga fails when building in i386 with debian's ptlib and opal packages.

You can see that by comparing /usr/lib/pkgconfig/opal.pc for the
following two files:
http://packages.debian.org/experimental/sparc/libopal3.4.2-dev/download
and http://packages.debian.org/experimental/i386/libopal3.4.2-dev/download

The same for ptlib: compare
http://packages.debian.org/experimental/sparc/libpt2.4.2-dev/download
and http://packages.debian.org/experimental/i386/libpt2.4.2-dev/download

(That's why I don't like to upload binary packages; the clean solution
is that everything be built by debian building machines.)

Cheers,
