You might be pleased to know that I have uploaded libosip2 3.2.0 to Debian.

A couple of points you maybe interested in:

1.  I have removed your obsolete debian/ directory and perhaps it would be a 
good idea for you not to ship debian/ with future releases, as we maintain the 
debian/ for your package at svn.debian.org and it necessarily is independent 
of you upstream releases. I also patch your source to ignore the 
debian/Makefile.

2. I have a minor manpage-section-mismatch.patch

All patches are available at:

3. lintian(1) complains about 

W ancient-libtool
The referenced file seems to be from a libtool version older than 1.5.2-2. This 
might lead to build errors on some newer architectures not known to this 
libtool. 
Please ask your upstream maintainer to re-libtoolize the package or do it 
yourself in case there is no active upstream anymore. Beware that might mean 
you need to update autoconf, too, if you use a very old version there as well. 
If you have not updated the file but fixed architecture-specific issues with 
minimal patches and verified that it builds correctly please override this tag. 
lintian will not be able to verify that.
