Dear maintainer,

I haven't heard any objections when I publicly stated my intention to NMU
asterisk a week ago [0]. Therefore, I've prepared an NMU (versioned as
1:1.4.21.2~dfsg-3.1) and uploaded it to unstable.

I would also like to propose this fix for the next stable point release.

Please let me know if you have any objections to this.
