Heads up: removing OpenSER from Debian

Hello Henning,

Nobody has any problem with who is using what.
The problem is when someone pretends something that is not true.
It's clear that OpenSIPS right now has a faster development than 
Kamailo. It's also clear that most of the SVN commits in OpenSER has 
been made by the developer that does OpenSIPS now.
This is not about flavor, this is about quality and about being fair.
It's fine if you want to use Kamailio or whatever. It's not fine to 
pretend that Kamailo it's OpenSER because it's not.
It's a branch started at some point from OpenSER even thou looking at 
the commits i will say that it's rather a branch of OpenSIPS.
