DKMS package for dahdi-linux

Hello,

Here is a patch that adds DKMS support for dahdi-linux. It adds a new
package, dahdi-dkms that uses the framework for the Dynamic Kernel
Module Support (DKMS) method for installing and updating kernel modules.

The package is optional and can be installed along the dahdi-source
package without conflicts.

What is great about DKMS is that when a new kernel is installed, DKMS
will automatically recompile the drivers for the current kernel version.

The patch has been proposed for Ubuntu, but it would be great to have it
directly into Debian as well, to simplify package maintenance.
