http://packages.debian.org/asterisk -> Stable (Lenny)
http://packages.debian.org/lenny/asterisk -> List of files (i386)
http://packages.debian.org/lenny/i386/asterisk/filelist

As you can see, /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/cdr_pgsql.so
is there.
