sofia-sip symbols

Hello All,

I just decided to add a few bits to sofia-sip package and found out that my 
old danchev-guest acount is no more within pkg-voip svn group. I suspect that 
something got changed automatically when I got my official debian account 
(danchev), so please could you add me to the pkg-voip svn once again.

The changes I have in mind are:

* remove unneeded libsofia-sip-ua-glib0.install file
* add libsofia-sip-ua0.symbols, libsofia-sip-ua-glib3.symbols (and populate 
them as well when dpkg-gensymbols gets called)
* get-orig-source: change to the following options of wget
(--no-check-certificate --quiet -nv -T20 -t3 -O)
