DeStar settings questions

Hello,

I installed DeStar and Asterisk (1.2.13) on my Debian Etch box using the
apt-get command. The GUI loads up fine (as does Asterisk), however DeStar
seems to be having trouble connecting to the running Asterisk server. When I
go back into Asterisk (via command line), I get the following error:

Mar 16 20:05:40 NOTICE[3167]: manager.c:576 authenticate: 127.0.0.1 tried to
authenticate with nonexistent user 'destarman'

Do I need to make a change to the manager.conf file to allow DeStar to
access Asterisk? If so, what change should I make? My current manager.conf
file is as follows:

Asterisk Call Management support

;

; By default asterisk will listen on localhost only.

[general]

enabled = yes

port = 5038

bindaddr = 127.0.0.1

; No access is allowed by default.

; To set a password, create a file in /etc/asterisk/manager.d

; use creative permission games to allow other serivces to create their own

; files

#include "manager.d/*.conf"

For reference, here are the other files installed in my Asterisk directory:
