library transition libtonezone/ zaptel/ dahdi/ libpri

debian-release,

The pkg-voip team intends to commence a few library transitions in order to 
get to asterisk 1.6.x into unstable.

zaptel has been depreciated upstream and is now know has dahdi.   Dahdi 
provides libtonezone, but is both API & ABI incompatible with zaptel.

rdepends of libtonezone1 is asterisk & zaptel.

asterisk 1.6 requires dahdi, so this transition should be self contained 
within pkg-voip team.

NEW source packages: dahdi-tools & dahdi-linux.
NEW binary packages: dahdi, libtonezone2.0 & dadhi-linux, dahdi-source

Also proposed is a libpri transition:
rdepends of libpri1.0 are yate & asterisk

NEW binary package: libpri1.4

As this transition is contained within pkg-voip can we go ahead without the 
extended wait.
