library transition libtonezone/ zaptel/ dahdi/ libpri

Okay, please go ahead with the libtonezone2.0 transition. I assume it
won’t need Bin-NMUs?

And with the libpri1.4 as well. Come by for Bin-NMUs if they’re needed.
