purging unused packages?

Hi

There are a number of packages in the SVN that seem to have a very low
chance of getting into Debian, and I'd like to consider removing them.

If no objection, I'll remove them in a week or so.

agx-ast-addons:
  Of the addons there:
  * app_confcall: based on app_conference (conference app without the
    DAHDI dependnecy of meetme).
  * app_nv_backgrounddetect, app_nv_faxdetect: anybody needs those?
  * app_pickup2: The "pickup" of bristuff. Again: any need for them?
    IIRC at least some of their functionality exists in 1.6.1 as well.
  * func_devstate: A backport from 1.6.0 . We already have it in our
    1.4.21.2 package.
  * app_fax: A backport from 1.6.0 .

  Please give a shout if those seem useful enough for you.

ari:
  Dead upstream. The only version that is slightly maintained is the one
  included in FreePBX. This package generally works, but I suspect it
  has its share of security holes.

avantfax:
  I don't think this one should be removed. But I'd like to know if
  there's any progress there. What problems does this package have?

libgsmat:
  Dead upstream. Not likely we'll ever have code that uses it.

libsupertone, libunicall, libmfcr2:
  Again - not something I'd like to remove now, but I wonder if anybody
  actually uses them.

monast:
  I don't like the way they work and thus never followed up on that.
  Package should be functional, however.

visdn:
  Upstream is not alive and well. Anybody actually uses it?
