Zaptel has been replaced by DAHDI in Squeeze. This issue is not likely
to be resolved in the Stable version, and thus moving it to dahdi-linux.

The current pending version of DAHDI-linux got rid of most of the extra
driver. drivers/dahdi in the patch now only includes vzaphfc,
wcopenpci.c and opvxa1200.c .

vzaphfc can be dropped, as it is not built anyway, and replaced with the
new zaphfc. wcopenpci.c and opvxa1200.c still need to be converted to
patches in order for this issue to be resolved.
