Asterisk 1.8 schedule

I can't really speak for the maintainers (I am only helping them at the
moment) but I can say that I will be uploading a whole raft of changes to
the package "soon" as in within the next week or so. I don't expect that it
would take too long. Again, I'm not the one who has the final say on the
package, though.
