Problem with dahdi-linux and newer kernels

Hello,

With newer kernels, we need to "#include <linux/sched.h>", or
dahdi-linux won't compile.

Digium made all changes upstream in 2.2.1~rc2, but the debian patches
will need to be modified too:

debian/patches/zaphfc
drivers/dahdi/opvxa1200.c
drivers/dahdi/wcopenpci.c
