Start with applying 

  ./debian/backports/lenny

It should build fine, provided you have dahdi-linux and dahdi-tools from
Squeeze (and maybe also a newer openh323 is needed?)

If you don't want DAHDI, try removing that dependency. It hsould
generally build without it.
