Bug#632384: qutecom: video does not work

Hi

I managed to register at ekiga.net and made a call to the echo service
500 at ekiga.net. Audio was ok. Video was not working, showing some garbage (i can
recognize some repeated shadows). I tested 3 different webcams with the same
effect. All of this webcams work in other applications like ekiga.
